We want you to love your LENTA pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

30-Day Window

Refunds and size replacements are available within 30 days of your original purchase date. Requests made after 30 days aren’t eligible. A replacement does not restart or extend the 30-day period.

Don’t love it? We’ll refund you.

If you’re not happy with your LENTA clothing for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll issue a refund.

No return is necessary.
Rather than shipping the item back, we ask that you donate it, pass it along to a friend, or give it a second life.

Need a different size? We’ll send you one.

If your T-shirt doesn’t fit quite right, let us know the size you need and we’ll send you a replacement.

No return necessary.
Just keep the original, donate it, or share it with someone who might love it.

Email support@lenta-store.com within 30 days of your purchase.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Whether you’d like a refund or size replacement

• For replacements, the size you’d like to receive

We’ll take it from there — simple, no fuss.

A note on sizing

Because each piece is printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns for sizing choices. We'd encourage you to check our size guide before ordering — it's there for exactly this reason.

Care & longevity 

Each LENTA piece is made to last. Wash cold, tumble dry low, and it will stay with you for years. That's the point.
