Every Lenta tee is made to order, just for you. We take that seriously — and if something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right without hesitation.
We offer full refunds for:
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Orders that were printed or shipped incorrectly
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your order date. To get started, email us at
with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take it from there.
A note on sizing Because each piece is printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns for sizing choices. We'd encourage you to check our size guide before ordering — it's there for exactly this reason.
Care & longevity A Lenta tee is made to last. Wash cold, tumble dry low, and it will stay with you for years. That's the point.
